• Cyber CSP SWIFT compliance (Customer Security Program, idem PCI DSS) of a banking management application (cash management/treasury), via a new secure and dedicated infrastructure 
• Feasibility study and scoping

• Monitoring external audit process
• Migration of SaaS services to an IBM IaaS datacenter

Main Achievements/Projects

• Management of the GBHD Treasury dept datas migration batch to Paris
• Study of artificial intelligence methods in the context of the industrialization of classification processes (DICP, Compliance) of customer data, as a prerequisite for the global migration project of business document databases to the Microsoft Azure/O365 cloud and SharePoint Online.
• Creation of the Office365 management support service (Modeling, processes, service catalog and reporting)
• Migration of « On-Premises » document bases to Office365/SharePoint Online
• Reorganization of file servers (NETAPP/NAS) in order to comply with group security requirements
• Production of a set of IS security reports

Main Achievements/Projects

• Study and production of a collaborative solution management system, as part of a Web2.0 tool development project.
• Management of the IT part of the KAIROS project (reorganization of the TOTAL group) 

Management of the information management activity (IS security)

• Development of the security audit service to align the perimeter with the group’s security policy.
• Security audits of the HD, TGS and MS perimeters in Germany.
• As part of the support of this new business activity, I have developed several tools by writing the specifications and recipes. I also developed a collaborative access mapping tool.
• Organization and animation of training workshops to support the business.
• Study of the group’s organization and writing of several opportunity notes and proposals for service offers which led to 2 projects.
• Steering the reorganization of the Holding’s collaborative spaces.
• Implementation of an audit strategy for the Active directory
